What is Renuvion®?
Renuvion® is an advanced skin tightening procedure that uses proprietary helium plasma technology to heat and contract the skin. There are many skin tightening systems on the market today, most of which include some form of laser technology or radiofrequency energy. Renuvion® sets itself apart with its first-of-its-kind technology, which is safe and effective. It combines cold helium plasma with warm radiofrequency energy to produce significant skin tightening results.
The core goal of the Renuvion® treatment is not unlike other systems in that the treatment contracts skin tissue and stimulates collagen production to tighten and rejuvenate the skin. Rennuvion® can be used to treat loose skin in the following areas:

How Much Do Renuvion® Treatments Cost?

What is the Renuvion® Procedure Like?
The Renuvion® procedure can be performed with local anesthesia or with sedation, providing a convenient and comfortable treatment experience. Before treatment begins, a salt water solution is infused beneath the skin surface as is typical of liposuction and usually some amount of liposuction is performed to improve contour. Then the Renuvion® handpiece is inserted where it emits both helium plasma and radiofrequency energy which combine to heat up and quickly cool the skin which stimulates collagen production. The Renuvion® handpiece is maneuvered systematically around the treatment area until all areas of concern are addressed. This process typically takes about one hour, although it may take longer for multpile treatment areas.
Is There Any Downtime After Renuvion®?
Following the Renuvion® procedure, you may experience some soreness, bruising or swelling in the treatment area. These symptoms typically resolve within a few weeks of treatment, and are easily managed with a brief course of pain medications. Compression garments are helpful for the first 6 weeks. Patients can expect to return to their usual activities within one week of treatment, and often within just a few days.
What Results Can I Expect from Renuvion®?
Some patients notice results immediately following their Renuvion® treatment, as their are some instant skin tightening benefits of the procedure. However, the full results will not be visible for up to a few months until collagen production has increased in the body and the skin has reflected those benefits. Once these results are achieved, you can expect them to last for at least a few years depending on many factors such as age, elasticity, lifestyle and weight changes.
